When you upload your resume or other documents to Radiant, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for operating our service. You retain all ownership rights to your content and may delete it at any time. Radiant is not liable for any loss or unauthorized access to your content. Job seekers may apply to positions through our platform, and employers may contact candidates directly. Radiant does not conduct background checks or verify credentials. All employment decisions and agreements are made directly between the user and the employer. Radiant is not a party to any employment relationship and disclaims all liability arising from such relationships. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Radiant is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of employment opportunities or data loss. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radiant operates.
